It does NOT work on Mac unless you want to use a third party software. Compatible with Freestyle Freedom, Freestyle Lite, Freestyle Freedom lite and Freestyle flash glucose meters.
I have a cable from a different meter. That meter, with its own software, works in Windows 10. The Freestyle software does not work in Windows 10. I just called tech support and they confirm the software is only for XP and Vista. When I mentioned I'm using cable from a different meter, they told me I have to buy their cable. I asked why should I spend $55 For their cable if they can't guarantee it will work in Windows 10. Couldn't get a straight answer.
I know the data cable was brought up in a previous Post a month or three ago. Unless Abbotts cable is dedicated to their meter, any generic cable costing far less should work.
Does anyone have this software working in Windows 10? What cable are you using?
